With over 21 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Planning, and Strategy, Abhay Khatri brings extensive expertise across the Insurance, FMCG, and Security sectors. He has worked with leading organizations such as Securitas, G4S, Orion Max, and New Life Insurance, where he consistently delivered growth, strengthened brand presence, and built high-performing teams.
At BCL Group, Abhay leads Sales & Marketing, playing a pivotal role in driving business expansion, strengthening client partnerships, and positioning the organization as a trusted name in Integrated Security and Facility Management solutions. His strategic thinking and market insight continue to support long-term organizational growth.

Seema Gupta (CFO)
With over 21 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he has worked with reputed organizations such as Ernst & Young, Titagarh Wagon, and Simplex Infrastructure, gaining extensive exposure across diverse industries. His expertise spans finance, audit, taxation, compliance, and corporate governance, enabling him to manage complex financial frameworks with accuracy and integrity.
He brings strong capabilities in financial leadership, process optimization, and strategic planning, ensuring robust internal controls, regulatory adherence, and long-term organizational stability. His ability to streamline operations and enhance financial transparency has consistently supported sustainable business growth.
