Seema is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with extensive experience of over 2 decades. She has been with the company for the last 12 years leading the finance function as the Vice President.
She has been instrumental in leading the organisation to build efficiency in the financial aspect and enhancing profitability year on year.
She led the organisation into automating various processes and procedures to build higher efficiency and also brought in ERP.
Before BCL she has worked with Simplex Infrastructures Limited, Ernst and Young, and Titagarh Wagon Limited.
Hailing from Kolkata, she’s a football fan and indulges in cooking lip-smacking dishes, and loves to host.
Coming from the finance fraternity, she is a firm believer in – What Is Measurable, Is Achievable!

Ms. Pinki Bansal brings close to three decades of extensive experience in Human Resources, consulting, and staffing, having collaborated with esteemed organizations such as IIT Kanpur, Usha Group, Asian Group, Thapars Group, Alston Technologies, Apeiron Management, Innabrum Technologies (Calance Software), and Xtranet. Her professional journey encompasses a wide range of strategic and leadership roles, most notably serving as Director – HR & Staff Augmentation, with a focus on both domestic and international markets.
Her in-depth expertise across HR, staffing, and technology domains enables her to deliver strategic solutions that empower organizations to integrate multi-generational systems and processes into their business frameworks effectively. Under her leadership, the company has earned global client trust through its consistent commitment to quality, reliability, and timely delivery—demonstrating her ability to align human capital strategies with broader business objectives.
Ms. Bansal holds dual Master’s degrees in Management and Economics. In addition to her professional accomplishments, she is a distinguished sportsperson, having excelled in athletics and swimming.
