At Parishram throughout her journey of 14 years she has handled various roles in different positions. An alumni of Delhi University in English Honours, she has an avid passion for reading books. A gym and fashion enthusiast she is and is really passionate about Parishram and with a wonderful team of Parishramites has ensured 98 percent plus customer retention over the years
She strongly believes a right mix of strong technology with sound operations create a wow experience for customers and build long term partnership.

Sanjay comes from a diverse industry background of over 3 decades. He has led large teams as part of senior leadership with complex business operations. He’s a strategic and transformational leader who has managed large P&L successfully.
His creative and engaging leadership has earned him accolades and recognition within and outside the industry. Business development is one of his core strength and is proud to associate himself with the business Sales fraternity.
Previously he has been associated with companies that are leaders in their space. G4S, Max Life Insurance, Orion Secure, Sterling Holiday are a few companies he’s been associated with in the past.
In his leisure time, he is seen with a book or a journal. Sanjay is a fitness enthusiast and an advocate of positivity.
